THE STORY
Home of the roller shutters
Secure Shutters are your professional roller shutter, door and blind specialists. Located in North West Melbourne, Ashley and the team at Secure Shutters pride themselves on providing high quality products, expertly installed with a quick turnaround.

THE GOAL
Drive sales through digital activity
Secure Shutters, approached Excitation to drive enquiries through digital campaigns.
THE SOLUTION
Putting Digital to the test
Secure Shutters had previous experience with multiple digital agencies but had yet to see any actual results. This prompted Ashley to reach out to Excitation to undergo a complete audit.
We soon discovered the website was underperforming, Google Ads had not been set-up correctly and that tracking hadn’t been implemented, ultimately leaving Ashley with little knowledge as to where his leads are actually coming from.
A new website was built, all the ad accounts were set-up correctly and tracking was in place so we could see where every phone call or enquiry was originating from. This allowed us to understand the best performing channels and where growth could be scaled up.
This was all executed by month two.
Secure Shutters continues to be a client of Excitation and we cannot wait to see the amazing results continue and grow!

THE RESULTS
Enquiries Galore
By the end of month two we had achieved:
- 362% increase in enquires
- $54k monthly net net profit. thats right, not ROI, ROAS or sales, net net profit
- 25X ROAS
