No fee is payable by you for making such a request, however from time to time we may charge a fee to compensate us for the time spent finding and collating the information you require. If there is a fee payable, we will provide an estimate of those fees.

We will endeavour to make your information available within 28 days after request and will need to confirm your identity before we provide the requested information to you.

In some cases, we may refuse full or partial access to information we hold. Any such refusal will be in accordance with the law and will be advised to you in writing.

Any personal information you provide to us should be up to date and otherwise correct.

If we agree to your request for information we will provide the relevant information as soon as possible. If we do not agree we will notify you of our reasons and also record that you have made the request.
